Muertos Crossing print by Lalo Alcaraz
Muertos Crossing originally appeared in an editorial cartoon of mine in the mid 90s, and then as a La Cucaracha sunday comic, then came to life as an installation for Dia De Los Muertos in Downtown L.A.'s Grand Park. The image honors those who have died trying to cross the border, but also evokes the crossing of the dead into the land of the dead. 12"x18" glossy print. Autographed too!
