Migra Mouse was my first viral image I drew, before "viral" was a thing. In 1994 I drew it in response to the Walt Disney Co. donation of money to the California Governor Pete Wilson campaign that was pushing the racist and unconstitutional anti-immigrant law Proposition 187. Here, Migra Mouse is a friendly and lovable Border Patrol agent pointing us to the Mexican border thanks to xenophobia! It's also the cover of my cartoon collection book, "Migra Mouse: Political Cartoons on Immigration". 12"x18" glossy print.
